Important Machine Wefted Hair Information
Wholesale wefted hairs and custom items are wefted at the time of purchase. All machine weft items take an additional four to six business days for wefting. All items may not be in stock at time of purchase. If your item is placed on a back order, you will be notified via e-mail. Please refer to Back orders and Turn Around Times below.

Shipping S & D hair Imports uses the united states postal service as their primary shipping company.     Orders Ship after 3pm pacific standard time from Los Angeles, Ca.    

Shipping Options      Express Shipping (USPS)     Overnight Shipping (FEDEX)     Overnight orders placed by 11AM will be sent out the same day ensuring next day delivery.

International Orders   WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We use USPS International shipping to ship outside of the United States.

Back Orders and Turn Around Time If your order is placed on a back order, you will be notified the following business day.  Back orders typically take two to ten business days to ship.  You also have the option of canceling your order or proceeding.  We will not process your order until we receive your decision. You will be notified via e-mail if your order is on back order.

Returns and Exchanges Due to the nature of this business, we cannot accept returns on wholesale merchandise unless damaged or incorrect. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt.    If we are not notified within 5 business days, we can no longer return or exchange your merchandise.
