We do not refund orders due to buyers remorse. Please contact us prior to placing an order to ensure that you receive exactly what you are searching for. If you need something shipped for a specific date, you must contact us to see if we can make your deadline. Items in stock do not always ship immediately. S and D Hair Imports uses the United States postal service as their primary shipping company
Orders Ship after 3pm pacific standard time from Los Angeles, Ca.

  • Overnight Shipping (FEDEX)(DHL)(UPS)
International Orders WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We use USPS International shipping to ship outside of the United States. Additional Payment may be requested.
Back Orders and Turn around Time
If your order is placed on a back order, you will be notified before and after the time of payment. Back orders typically take two to ten but at the most fifteen business days to ship. You also have the option of canceling your order or proceeding. We will not process your order until we receive your decision. You will be notified via e-mail if your order is on back order. Once your order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. 
Unless specified differently by management, all orders are processed the following business day after clearance of payment.

Best Way Shipping

Shipping time - 2-10 Business days After your order is ready. Best way shipping is the cheapest and slowest method for receiving an order. It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to receive an order.

Express Shipping Information

When you pay for express shipping, it simply means your order will ship the  method you have selected when the order is ready. If you need an shipped much sooner than our standard processing time, please contact us so that we can make the proper arrangements.

Your order need to be process for at least 24 hours so that the funds can clear from your credit card.  If you would like express shipping on your order, please call 323-448-0195 and talk to a customer service representative. We need to make sure that your order is in stock and available before processing your order. Please do not place an order if you have questions or need express shipping prior to speaking with us.

3. Returns/ Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges Due to the nature of this business, we cannot accept returns on wholesale merchandise unless  incorrect. We will only Exchange incorrect hairs, if you need a sample please order a free one online.  If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 Business days of receipt. Sorry No Refunds, only exchanges. 


If you have a hair appointment, we recommend placing your order 1-2 weeks in advance.

5. Fraud

Although the majority of our customers are genuinely honest people, there are cases of unauthorized credit card usage. Because of the overwhelming amount of fraudulent activity on the internet, all of our customer orders are subject to a manual anti fraud check. This verification is aimed at enabling secure shopping online for all of our customers. This procedure will last no longer than 15 Minutes and does involve phone verification. Every customer is required to provide a valid contact number for verification purposes. Also, under some circumstances, the billing representative does have the right to postpone an order until future verification is received. We take fraud very seriously, if you are caught placing a fraudulent order, we reserve the right to forward all information to the local authorities and federal departments.
